The oyster mushroom is an organic mushroom with high consumption qualities. It contains protein, vitamins (especially group B: B2, B6), folic acid, microelements and other components). In the fruiting bodies of the oyster mushroom, the presence of B-d-glucanol-substance with anticancer activity and enzymes lowering the level of cholesterol in the blood was found.
